• How much will it cost to move my shed?

  There are 3 things that determine price:

  • manufacturer
  • distance of move
  • width, length, height

• Will I need permits?

  Cross T Solutions will handle all the permits for you as part of our great service. 

• What about the contents in my shed?

  You will need to remove the contents from your shed/building to ensure that nothing is damaged inside during the transit and setting up. 

• Will moving a shed tear up my lawn?

  We use the shed mule for storage shed delivery as needed. This allows us to maneuver in tighter spaces with less disturbance of the surrounding landscape and minimal damage to your lawn.

• Do you do site preparation?

  No, you’ll need to have a site prepared prior to our arrival. We do move, deliver, setup, and level.

  We provide blocking to level your shed on sites up to 12” off level. If the ground slopes more than 12” over the length or width of the shed we recommend having the site leveled before delivery.

• What do I need to do to prepare for delivery?
  • Figure out exactly where you want to place your shed. Beware of property lines, swampy areas, buried wires, etc.
  • If your yard has a fence make sure the gate is wide enough to allow the shed to pass through.
  • Things to check for in the delivery path include overhanging trees/tree limbs, ditches, fences, overhead wires/power lines or overhanging eaves. It’s the responsibility of the homeowner to remove these obstacles before your shed can be delivered.
  • If the ground is more than 12” off level, the site should be leveled before delivery.
• Do I need to be on-site on the day of delivery?

  Yes, we ask that you be present on the day of delivery to make sure we place the shed exactly where you want it.

• When will my shed be delivered?

  One of our team members will call you to set up a delivery date. They will also call again just prior to delivery to ensure you will be present for the delivery and setup of your shed. 

• What if my shed is damaged during transport?

  Cross T Solutions is licensed and insured to protect your investment should there be damage during transit. You can rest assure that we will take care of you from start to finish.
